oct 2011-april 2012
tried like hell to make it happen, took BBT and used Clear Blue at home ovulation monitor
but NO LUCK… thumbs down.

april 2012
met with RE.
Him. B/w normal. SA = good count, ok motility, good morphology, considered normal.
Her. B/w normal. HSG = tubes clear, found possible cyst in uterus, sent for sonohistogram.
Sonohistogram shows NOTHING in there, cleared to start Clomid.

Something BAD happens possibly from IUI? End up in hospital for ±5 days with severe pelvic infection. Placed on IV antibiotics.

take a month off due to trauma of previous month and dr recommends we give my body a break

At this pt, are basically told that IUI isn’t working for us, and our next step is IVF.
HUGE decisions to be made, wifey needs a break from the drugs. decide to take a 3-month break.

april 2013 – happy anniversary 1 yr with RE.

june 2013 – meet with RE to move forward with IVF.
one last cycle of IUI to get most of the meds needed for IVF because stinky insurance companies won’t cover.

july 2013 – ready for IVF #1cycle CANCELLED due to abnormal mammogram. are you f*$king kidding me.
go for follow-up mammogram/ultrasound
meet with breast cancer surgeon who deems it an enlarged lymph node.
ALL CLEAR!

hysteroscopy: normal, anteverted uterus, smaller than normal but should have no effect. Polyps found and removed.
Chromosomal testing on both hubs and I: normal
